The student has to inform the centre/the tutor at least 1 day in advance. A make up session can be arranged within the two weeks after the missed lesson.

No. There will be no refund nor make up lesson for missed lesson without notification. A make up lesson can be arranged if the centre/tuitor is informed at least one day in advance.

A deposit equivalent to One month tuition fee will be charged upon registration of the class.

No. The deposit will be refunded upon giving the centre 1 month notice, and cannot be used to pay for the last month tuition fee.

The monthly tuition fee is calculated based on 4 weeks in a month. If there are 5 weeks in a particular month, the tuition fee will be adjusted accordingly.

No. Class materials and worksheets developed by our own tutors will be used for the classes.
